About the speaker
Katia Moritz Ph.D., ABPP
Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Katia Moritz is a licensed psychologist and the Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer of the Neurobehavioral Institute (NBI), where she specializes in treating severe anxiety, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. She is also the founder of NBI Ranch, a residential supportive living program, and plays a key role in training clinical staff and developing innovative treatment programs. Board-certified in cognitive and behavioral psychology, Dr. Moritz serves on advisory boards for the IOCDF and HAAPE and is a Fellow of the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies. She is also an author of several clinical resources and children's books on OCD. Dr. Moritz directed the award-winning documentary Undiagnosed – The Future of Medicine, which has received international recognition.
